WHY I LOVED NARRATING THIS AUDIOBOOK
This is a history that is rarely told, especially when one has been brought up in the tradition of European history. We rarely hear about what happened after Granada was reconquered by Ferdinand and Isabella and it's a fascinating tale. The story is told with detailed biographical summaries of the main characters at the opening of each chapter and then follows with sweeping, poetic and lyrical story telling of sea battles and court intrigue. It's an original approach to historical story-telling and makes for a compelling listen
